Prepare Your Alfa Romeo for Fall

With the warmth of summertime winding down, Colorado will soon be met with wet weather and different driving conditions.  Is your Alfa Romeo prepared for autumn?  Below is a list of services we recommend to get done as the seasons change!

Autumn Services for Your Alfa Romeo

Replace Your Battery – If you haven’t replaced your battery in awhile, before cold weather is the best time to do it!  Extreme temperatures, either hot or cold, can cause issues with an older battery.  So bring your Alfa Romeo in to test its charge and decide if it’s time to replace it.

Heater Testing – Alongside the battery, getting your heater checked is crucial.  As you don’t use your heater during the summer, it is important to switch to the heat to check if it’s heating to your liking and fast enough.  If there seems to be an issue, there is time to get it serviced before the cold weather.

Fluid Top-Ups and Switch-Outs – Your Alfa Romeo runs on multiple different fluids.  From oil to windshield wiper fluids and coolant, before autumn is the best time to get fluids flushed and replaced, or topped up.

Check Your Tires – Gripping the road during wet weather is an important job your tires perform.  If you have noticed your tread getting shallower or your tire pressure fluctuating, it is time to get those tires switched out for some better all-season tires!
