From comedy to action, finding that movie that everybody in the family will love is easy nowadays. Mike Ward Alfa Romeo of South Denver in Highlands Ranch, CO, wants to share with you some of our favorites. We enjoy spending time with our families by watching great movies, and we know you’ll love these as well!

Enjoyable Automotive Movies for the Family

Cars Series – Perfect for the category of automotive movies, the Cars series of films are made for family members of any age. Young children will love seeing the talking vehicles that make up the cast of the films. Older children and teenagers will enjoy the action and comedy each film has to offer. Even adults will find some of the jokes are catered more toward their understanding. We love these films!

Herbie / Herbie: Fully Loaded – Whether you are watching the old-school original or the more recent movie featuring Lindsay Lohan, the real star is the VW Beetle named Herbie. Both movies offer plenty of action and comedy that family members of all ages will enjoy. We recommend watching both so that you can see two different takes on the classic.

Smokey & the Bandit – If you have an older family and appreciate classic films, this one is a great choice. Burt Reynolds plays a man who is hired to transport a semi truck full of illegal beer along with his accomplice Cledus. This film is full of action and comedy that is more suited for mature audiences. Automotive lovers will also love the 1977 Pontiac Trans Am that Burt Reynolds drives throughout the film!
